Spring has just arrived and what better way to start this new season with introducing smoothies into our diet! Try this amazing berry smoothie for some great antioxidants and energy support.
1 scoop protein powder (my favourite to use is ‘Ezyprotein Silk Superfood blend’)
½ punnet blueberries
1 cup of oat milk (rice or almond can also be used)
1 tbs LSA meal
½ tsp honey
- Mix all ingredients in blender
- Serve and enjoy!
